The disposal menu opened by /trash, being used to discard unwanted items at a hostile mob farm.

Syntax

  • /trash - Opens the disposal menu.
  • /disposal - Alias of /trash.

Usage

Using /trash opens an empty, 36-slot menu labeled "Disposal." The user discards unwanted items by placing them into the container, then closing it. This permanently deletes the items.[2] The disposal menu can be used to clear inventory space where dropping items is blocked (e.g. spawn) or poor etiquette (another player's island).

Trivia

  • The number of slots in the disposal menu equals that of the player's inventory and hotbar combined.[3]
